      食物过敏是一种过敏性疾病, 已经成为一个全球性的公共健康问题, 严重影响了人们的生活质量。但由于食物过敏的发生受多个因素影响, 发生过程复杂, 其免疫学机制仍未被阐明, 目前仍没有理想的治疗方法, 现有的治疗药物不但不能从根本上治愈, 还具有一定的副作用。因此, 近年来国内外学者广泛寻求并研究具有抗食物过敏的天然活性成分, 并利用动物模型和细胞模型对其可能的作用机制进行了探究。本文首先对食物过敏反应发生的过程进行了概述, 重点对近年来功能性糖类(寡糖和多糖)、多酚类、黄酮类几类天然活性成分的抗食物过敏作用及机制的研究方面所取得的进展进行了综述。本文为利用天然活性成分开发出安全有效的抗食物过敏食物或药物提供了科学依据和参考。
英文摘要:
      Food allergy, one of allergic disease, has become a global public health problem and affects people’s quality of life seriously. However, the immunological mechanism of food allergy has not been elucidated, because the development of food allergy is complex, which is affected by many factors. Thus there is no ideal treatment for food allergy so far. The existing therapeutic drugs cannot cure food allergy fundamentally, and have some certain side effects. Therefore, many researchers have sought and studied natural active components with anti-food allergic activity extensively, and explored the mechanism by animal models and cell models. This paper summarized the development of food allergy firstly, and then reviewed the anti-food allergic effect and mechanism of some natural active components, including saccharides (oligosaccharides and polysaccharides), polyphenols, and flavonoids. This paper provides scientific basis and reference for the development of safe and effective anti-food allergic food or drug with natural active components.
