      马齿苋为我国卫健委公布的药食两用植物资源之一, 是一种纯天然绿色食品。马齿苋中含有多糖、生物碱、黄酮、有机酸类等多种化学成分。其中, 有机酸中的不饱和脂肪酸是人体不可缺少的脂肪酸, 具有降血脂、抗炎、抗氧化、增强免疫力等作用。本文就多不饱和脂肪酸的种类、提取、分离富集、功能活性和马齿苋系列产品进行概述, 以期为马齿苋和马齿苋多不饱和脂肪酸的研究及开发提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Portulaca oleraceal L. is one of the medicinal and edible plant resources announced by the health commission of China, which is a kind of pure natural green food. Portulaca oleraceal L. contains polysaccharides, alkaloids, flavonoids, organic acids and other chemical components. Among them, unsaturated fat acid in the organic acid is an essential fatty acid for human body, with the functions of reducing blood lipids, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, enhance immunity and so on. In this paper, the species, extraction, separation and enrichment, functional activity and purslane series of products were summarized, in order to provide references for the research and development of purslane and purslane polyunsaturated fatty acids.
