目的 提高霉菌和酵母计数结果的准确性, 减小出现能力验证不满意结果的可能性。方法 基于国标方法, 采用增加各梯度平行样本数、不同培养基和不同人员比对等方法, 对能力验证样品进行检测, 并辅以形态学观察辨识。结果 2种比对方法的霉菌、酵母及二者合计计数结果有差异, 但均无统计学意义; 形态学观察辨识有助于提高计数的准确性; 能力验证结果均为满意。结论 该方法提高了能力验证样品霉菌和酵母计数结果的可靠性, 增强了实验室霉菌和酵母菌检测自评能力。 |

Objective To improve the accuracy of mold and yeast counting results, and reduce the possibility of unsatisfactory results in proficiency testing. Methods Based on the national standard method, the capability verification samples were detected by increasing the number of parallel samples of each gradient, different media and comparison of different personnel, supplemented by morphological observation and identification. Results Differences in mold, yeast and the total enumeration were all not statistically significant between the two comparison tests. Morphological observation was helpful for increasing enumeration accuracy. The capability verification results were satisfactory. Conclusion This method improves the reliability of the mold and yeast count results of proficiency testing samples, and enhances the laboratory's self-evaluation ability for mold and yeast detection. |
