目的 建立超声水提-离子色谱法检测小麦粉中草甘膦含量的方法。方法 对草甘膦的色谱条件、提取试剂和净化条件进行优化后, 确定样品经超声波纯水浸提后, 采用乙酸溶液、固相萃取柱进行净化, 以Ion-Pac AS19 阴离子交换分离柱分离, KOH淋洗液等度洗脱, 抑制型电导检测。结果 草甘膦在质量浓度0.0~50.0 μg/mL范围内, 标准曲线的线性回归方程为Y=0.053X+0.005, 相关系数为0.9996, 检出限为0.052 mg/kg。加标回收率在86.7%~96.5%之间。结论 该方法精密度良好, 简便快速, 结果准确可靠, 可为小麦粉中草甘膦的分析测定提供参考。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of glyphosate in wheat flour by ultrasonic water extraction-ion chromatography. Methods After optimizing the chromatographic conditions, extraction reagents and purification conditions of glyphosate, the samples were extracted by ultrasonic pure water, purified by acetic acid solution and solid phase extraction column, separated by Ion-Pac AS19 anion exchange column, eluted by KOH eluent with equal degree, and detected by inhibitory conductivity. Results In the range of 0.0?50.0 g/mL glyphosate concentration, the linear regression equation of the standard curve was Y=0.053X+0.005, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, and the detection limit was 0.052 mg/kg. The recovery rate of standard addition is between 86.7% and 96.5%. Conclusion This method has good precision, simplicity and rapidity, and the results are accurate and reliable. It can provide reference for the analysis and determination of glyphosate in wheat flour |
