龙葵素是一种糖苷生物碱, 存在于茄科植物、百合科和菊科植物中, 多见于马铃薯组织中的幼嫩和损伤处, 主要以2种形式存在: α-茄碱(α-solanine)与α-卡茄碱(α-chaconine)。近年来不断有因食用茄科蔬菜而导致龙葵素中毒的事件报道, 给人们的身体健康带来一定的危害, 因此对于龙葵素检测技术的研究显得格外紧迫。本研究从龙葵素的来源、结构以及理化性质、提取方法入手, 简要描述了龙葵素检测技术的研究进展结果, 以期为龙葵素检测技术的研究提供一定的参考。 |

Solanine is a glycoside alkaloid, found in solanaceae, liliaceae and compositae. It is more common in young and damaged parts of potato tissues. It mainly exists in 2 forms: α-solanine and α-chaconine. In recent years, there have been continuous reports of solanine poisoning caused by eating solanaceous vegetables, which has brought certain harm to people's health. Therefore, the research on the solanumine detection technology is particularly urgent. This paper introduced the source, structure, physical and chemical properties, and extraction methods of solanine, and briefly described the research progress of solanine detection technology, in order to provide some reference for the research of solanine detection technology. |
