      目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定番茄样品中螺虫乙酯及其代谢产物残留的分析方法, 考察螺虫乙酯及其代谢产物在番茄中的储藏稳定性。方法 低温储藏0~274 d的番茄样品经乙腈提取, 采用NaCl和无水MgSO4除水, 离心过膜后的上清液经超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定, 基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。结果 螺虫乙酯及其4种代谢产物在0.001~0.5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好, 在0.02、0.1、1和5 mg/kg添加水平的平均回收率为75.1%~104.5%, 相对标准偏差小于11.93%(n=5)。番茄样品在–18 ℃储藏条件下螺虫乙酯、螺虫乙酯烯醇、螺虫乙酯羟基、螺虫乙酯醇酮的平均降解率均小于30%, 螺虫乙酯烯醇糖苷在储藏274 d时降解率大于30%(平均降解率53.3%)。结论 –18 ℃条件下螺虫乙酯、螺虫乙酯烯醇、螺虫乙酯羟基、螺虫乙酯醇酮在番茄样品中的储藏稳定期至少为274 d, 螺虫乙酯烯醇糖苷在番茄样品中储藏稳定期至少为182 d。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethyl helminth and its metabolites in tomato samples by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), and to investigate the storage stability of spirotetramat and its metabolites in tomato. Methods Tomato samples stored at low temperature from 0 to 274 d were extracted by acetonitrile, and NaCl and anhydrous MgSO4 were used to remove water. The supernatant after centrifugation was determined by UPLC-MS/MS, and quantified by the matrix matching standard solution external standard method. Results Spirotetramat and its 4 metabolites had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.001–0.5 mg/L, and the average recovery rates at the addition levels of 0.02, 0.1, 1 and 5 mg/kg were 75.1%–104.5%, the relative standard deviations were less than 11.93% (n=5). The average degradation rates of spirotetramat, BYI08330-enol, BYI08330-monohydroxy, BYI08330-ketohydroxy were less than 30% under the storage condition of tomato samples at –18 ℃. At storage time of 274 days, the degradation rate of BYI08330-enol-glucoside was more than 30% (average degradation rate was 53.3%). Conclusion Under the conditions of –18 ℃, the storage stability of spirotetramat, BYI08330-enol, BYI08330-monohydroxy, BYI08330-ketohydroxy in tomato samples is at least 274 d, and the storage stability of BYI08330-enol-glucoside in tomato samples is at least 182 d.
