      目的 建立质量控制图评估实验室对乳粉中左旋肉碱检测的受控情况。方法 以有证标准物质作为控制样品, 依据GB 29989-2013《食品安全国家标准 婴幼儿食品和乳品中左旋肉碱的测定》检测其中左旋肉碱的含量, 选取均值图和极差图用作分析。结果 统计了27组乳粉中左旋肉碱的检测结果, 得出乳粉中左旋肉碱的平均值为16.80 mg/100 g, 标准偏差为0.96 mg/100 g, 极差的平均值为0.45 mg/100 g, 极差的标准偏差为0.40 mg/100 g。结论 质控图表明, 实验室乳粉中左旋肉碱的检测方法受控。质量控制图操作简便, 有助于实验室及时发现失控情况。但实验室要注意对控制数据的长期评估, 以匹配实验室当前的检测情况。

      Objective To establish a quality control chart to assess the controlled situation of determination of L-carnitine in milk powder. Methods The L-carnitine content of certified reference materials, which were selected as control samples, was analyzed by GB 29989-2013 National food safety standard-Determination of L-carnitine in infant and baby food and milk products. X-Chart and R-Chart were chosen for analysis. Results The detection results of L-carnitine in 27 groups of milk powder were statistically analyzed, and the mean value of L-carnitine in milk powder was 16.80 mg/100 g, the standard deviation was 0.96 mg/100 g, the mean value of the range was 0.45 mg/100 g, and the standard deviation of the range was 0.40 mg/100 g. Conclusion Control charts indicate that the determination of L-carnitine in milk powder is controlled. Quality control chart is convenient to apply and also contributes to detect uncontrolled situations. But the laboratory should pay attention to the long-term evaluation of the control data to match the current testing situation of the laboratory.
