      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中长春西汀含量的方法。方法 样品中的长春西汀经80%甲醇水溶液超声提取、过滤后, 采用Ultimate XB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)为分离柱, 以甲醇-0.2 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相, 等度洗脱, 流速1.0 mL/min, 检测波长272 nm, 柱温35 ℃, 标准曲线法定量。结果 长春西汀分离度良好, 线性相关系数r为0.9997, 精密度、重复性、稳定性实验长春西汀峰面积的RSD为0.03%~1.30%, 加样回收率96.90%~108.42%, RSD为1.2%~2.8%。结论 该方法专属性强、重现性好, 加样回收率实验满足要求, 可用于测定保健食品中长春西汀的含量。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of vinpocetine in health foods by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Vinpocetine in the sample was extracted by 80% methanol aqueous solution and filtered. Ultimate XB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used as separation column, methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase with isocratic elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 272 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the standard curve method was used for determination. Results The separation of vinpocetine was good, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The RSDs of the peak area of vinpocetine were 0.03%–1.30% in precision, repeatability and stability experiments. The recovery rates of vinpocetine were 96.90%–108.42%, and the RSDs were 1.2%–2.8%. Conclusion This method has strong specificity and good reproducibility, and the recovery rate of added samples meets the requirements. It can be used for the determination of vinpocetine in health food.
