      近几年, 跨境电商因税收优惠、免于提交进口许可证、商品进口直接面向消费者等诸多优势, 行业得到了迅猛发展。然而随着其贸易量的增大, 其安全的风险也在不断的增大, 特别是进口食品, 关系到民生问题。跨境电商是新生事物, 国家的政策是鼓励和支持, 国内外对其的研究也在实践中摸索和探寻中。相比一般贸易进口食品, 跨境电商进口食品属于政策洼地, 存在法律法规尚不健全、准入门槛低、企业主体责任难落实等实际问题。本文从检验检疫的角度, 联系实际, 分析了现阶段跨境电商进口食品监管方式, 提出使跨境电商进口食品健康可持续发展的对策及建议。

      In recent years, cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly due to many advantages such as tax incentives, exemption from submitting import licenses, and direct import of goods to consumers. However, as its trade volume increases, its safety risks are also increasing, especially imported food, which is related to people's livelihood issues. Cross-border e-commerce is a new thing, and the country's policy is to encourage and support. Researches on it at home and abroad are also exploring and exploring in practice. Compared with general trade imported food, cross-border e-commerce imported food belongs to a policy depression, and there are laws and regulations that are not yet complete and access practical problems such as low threshold and difficulty in fulfilling the main responsibility of enterprises. From the perspective of inspection and quarantine, this article analyzed the supervision methods of cross-border e-commerce imported food at the current stage, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce imported food.
