本研究从美国吹哨人制度谈起, 分析了我国食品领域举报人制度存在的意义, 现行的法律规定以及不足之处。在借鉴美国吹哨人制度的基础上,可通过以下措施完善我国的食品领域举报人制度: 提高举报的社会参与度; 利用“互联网+”简化举报流程; 完善举报人的奖励政策; 加大对举报人的保护力度。食品领域举报人作用的充分发挥, 可以减少食品违法行为, 保障人民的食品安全。 |

This paper analyzed the significance of the whistleblower system in the field of food in China, and the provisions and shortcomings of the current legal by discussing the whistleblower system in the United States. Based on the American whistleblower system, the whistleblower system in China’s food industry can be improved by the following measures: Improving the social participation of reporting, using the Internet + simplify the reporting process, improving the reward policy of whistleblowers and increasing the protection of whistleblowers. Giving full play to the role of whistleblowers in the field of food can reduce food violations and ensure people's food safety. |
