沙门氏菌是重要的致病菌, 能引起人和动物肠道疾病, 因此检测沙门氏菌具有十分重要的卫生学意义。重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(recombinase polymerase amplification, RPA)是一种新型的恒温核酸扩增技术, 具有反应快速、灵敏度高、特异性强等优点。利用RPA技术检测沙门氏菌, 具有较大的应用前景和市场。本文对近年来应用RPA技术检测沙门氏菌的研究进行综述, 以期为相关进一步研究及应用提供参考。 |

Salmonella is an important pathogen that can cause intestinal diseases in human and animal, so the detection of Salmonella has very important hygiene significance. Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) technology is a new type of constant temperature nucleic acid amplification technology, which has the advantages including fast reaction, high sensitivity and strong specificity. Using RPA technology to detect Salmonella has a great application prospect and market. This article summarized the recent studies on the application of RPA technology to detect Salmonella, in order to provide references for further research and applications. |
