食品安全问题已成为国家治理中的重大问题和关注焦点, 而食品检验检测是食品安全监管的重要技术支撑手段, 加强食品检验检测机构建设对提高食品安全监管水平具有十分重要的意义。本文结合我国检验检测行业的现状, 从公益一类检测机构的非盈利属性出发, 阐述了公益一类食品检验检测机构建设对食品安全监管的必要性, 并进一步对公益一类检验检测机构存在的问题进行了深入分析, 最后就加强公益一类食品检验检测机构建设, 完善食品安全监管技术支撑体系提出对策建议。 |

Food safety has become a major issue and focus of attention in national governance, and food inspection and testing is an important technical support means for food safety supervision. Strengthening the construction of food inspection and testing institutions is of great significance for improving the level of food safety supervision. Based on the current situation of China's inspection and testing industry and the non-profit nature of public welfare inspection and testing institutions, this paper expounded the necessity of the construction of public welfare first-class food inspection and testing institutions for food safety supervision, and further analyzed the problems existing in public welfare first-class food inspection and testing institutions. Finally it put forward countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the construction of public welfare first-class food inspection and testing institutions and improving the technical support system of food safety supervision. |
