      目的 了解上海市崇明区食用农产品中铅、砷、汞、镉等重金属的污染状况及其对人体健康风险评估。方法 对全区290件食用农产品中的铅、砷、汞、镉等重金属进行监测, 利用单因子污染指数法以及综合污染指数法分析重金属污染特征, 采用健康风险分析法评价农产品中重金属对人体的健康风险。结果 290件样品中的4种重金属均未超出标准限量值, 水果中重金属污染水平均低于0.6, 属于清洁水平; 蔬菜和稻谷中重金属污染物残留较多, 属于尚清洁水平。谷物和蔬菜中重金属危害系数均小于1。结论 崇明区食用农产品中重金属存在一定的污染残留, 靶标危害系数法分析结果表明未对人体造成健康风险。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the pollution status of lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and other heavy metals in edible agricultural products in Chongming District, Shanghai, and its risk assessment on human health. Methods Heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium in 290 edible agricultural products in the whole region were monitored. The characteristics of heavy metal pollution were analyzed by the single factor pollution index method and the comprehensive pollution index method, and the health risk of heavy metals in agricultural products to human body was evaluated by the health risk analysis method. Results The contents of four kinds of heavy metals of 290 samples were all not exceed the limit standard. The pollution level of heavy metals in the fruits was under 0.6, which belonged to the cleanliness level. The residuals of heavy metals in the grains and vegetables were more, which still belonged to the cleanliness level. The risks of heavy metals in the grains and vegetables were less than 1. Conclusion The heavy metals in the edible agricultural products in Chongming district have some contamination residues, and the results of target hazard coefficient analysis show that there is no health risk to human body.
