      Food safety standards are compulsory technical regulations. The inspection agencies how to correctly obtain and rationally use food safety standards to carry out the work has a crucial impact on the process control of inspection and testing as well as the evaluation and judgment of the accuracy and reliability of test results. This paper introduced the standard management of food safety standards of the acquisition, novelty, change, controlled with distribution, training, and the process of tracking, evaluation, and discussed the food safety standards in the contract review, the choice of methods, verification and validation and application of the results, pointed out its existing problems and put forward to strengthen the management of food safety standard testing institutions solutions from the aspects of novelty search, and controlled management standard, to effectively ensure the correctness of inspection results and provide the reliable management methods and means of support.
