      我国是全球最大的蜂蜜生产国和出口国, 虽是生产大国, 但我国蜂蜜生产企业绝大多数以中小型企业为主。本文就我国蜂蜜产品的行业概况、标准体系情况以及产品的主要质量安全风险进行分析, 建议监管部门出台相关监管政策, 进一步落实企业主体责任, 从源头防控蜂蜜产品风险。
英文摘要:
      China is the world's largest honey producer and exporter. Although China is a major producer, the vast majority of honey producers in China are small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper analyzed the general situation of honey industry in China, the standard system and the main quality and safety risks of honey products, and suggested that the regulatory authorities should issue relevant regulatory policies to further implement the main responsibility of enterprises and prevent and control the risks of honey products from the source.
