目的 针对2018~2019年全国食品安全监督抽检情况发现的问题、存在的风险点进行分析。方法 采用Microsoft Excel软件对2018~2019年全国食品安全监督抽检结果进行汇总, 分析监督抽检整体完成情况及存在的主要食品安全问题。结果 2018~2019年共抽检样品8092655批次, 不合格率2.3%。抽检样品共覆盖35个食品类别, 2018年仅涉及34个食品类别, 2019年增加了食盐这个类别的抽检。检出不合格率较高的食品类别有蔬菜制品、餐饮食品、方便食品等, 这3个食品类别在2018、2019两年不合格率基本高于5.0%(除2019年方便食品为4.2%)。结论 2018~2019年我国食品安全形势总体平稳, 抽检过程中发现在问题主要为超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂、农兽药残留指标不合格问题、微生物污染问题等, 这3个问题类别样品占不合格样品总和的70.0%以上, 但问题分布情况稳定。 |

Objective To analyze existing problems and risks found in the food safety supervision and sampling inspection of China in 2018~2019. Methods The results of the national food safety supervision sampling in 2018~2019 were summarized to analyze the overall completion of the supervision sampling inspection and the main food safety problems using Microsoft Excel software. Results In 2018~2019, 8092655 batches of samples were randomly inspected, with the unqualified rate of 2.3%. The inspected sampling samples covered 35 food categories in total, only 34 food categories were involved in 2018, whilst salt was added to sampling in 2019. The food categories with high unqualified rate were vegetable products, catering food, convenience food, etc. The unqualified rates of these three food categories were relatively high in selected years, despite the unqualified rate of convenience food was 4.2% in 2019, the rests were higher than 5.0%. Conclusion In 2018-2019, national food safety situation was generally stable. During the sampling inspection, the detected problems mainly encompassed abuse of food additives, unqualified indicators of agricultural and veterinary drug residues, microbial pollution with very stable ratio. The accumulated unqualified rate of above three problems exceed 70.0%. In conclusion, China's overall food safety situation is stable and improving. |
