目的 研究水溶性番茄浓缩物抗氧化和辅助降血脂的作用。方法 按照保健食品《抗氧化功能检验方法》和《辅助降低血脂的功能检验方法》评价方法,检测老龄小鼠的脂质氧化产物丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)含量、蛋白质羰基含量、还原性谷胱甘肽含量、抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)活力考察水溶性番茄浓缩物抗氧化作用, 建立混合型高脂血症模型,通过检测血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇研究水溶性番茄浓缩物对高脂血症模型动物的降血脂作用。结果 抗氧化试验结果表明: 与老龄对照组比较, 水溶性番茄浓缩物中剂量组MDA含量下降、SOD活力升高; 水溶性番茄浓缩物低、中剂量组蛋白质羰基含量下降, 均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。辅助降血脂试验结果表明: 与正常对照组比较, 模型对照组动物的胆固醇(cholesterol, TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein, LDL-C)含量上升, 具有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05), 判定模型成立。与模型对照组比较, 阳性对照组、受试物中剂量组TC下降, 具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 水溶性番茄浓缩物能降低老龄小鼠MDA含量、蛋白质羰基含量, 升高SOD活力, 且能够降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清胆固醇含量, 具有抗氧化和辅助降低血清胆固醇的功效。 |

Objective To study the antioxidative and assistant hypolipidemic function of water soluble tomato concentrate. Methods According to the evaluation method of Antioxidant function test method and Function test method of assistant lowering blood lipid of health food, the antioxidant activity of water-soluble tomato concentrate was investigated by detecting the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), protein carbonyl, reduced glutathione and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in aged mice, and the mixed hyperlipidemia model was established. The serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured to study the effect of water-soluble tomato concentrate on lowering blood lipid in hyperlipidemia model animals. Results The results of antioxidant test showed that compared with the aged control group, the content of MDA in the middle dose group of water-soluble tomato concentrate decreased and the activity of SOD increased. The decrease of protein carbonyl content of water-soluble tomato concentrate in low and medium dose groups was statistically significant (P<0.01 or 0.05). Assist fall hematic fat test results showed that: compared with normal control group, the contents of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) of model control group animals were increased significantly (P<0.01 or 0.05), and the model was judged to be true. Compared with the model control group, TC in the positive control group and the medium dose group decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Water-soluble tomato concentrate can reduce MDA and protein carbonyl content in aged mice, increase SOD activity, and reduce serum cholesterol content in hyperlipidemia model rats, with antioxidant and assist in lowering serum cholesterol. |
