      氨基脲(semicarbazide, SEM)用作代谢标记物以指示抗生素呋喃西林的使用, 也可以在非呋喃西林来源中检测到。本研究综述了水产甲壳动物及其产品中氨基脲的毒害性、产生途径及检测方法, 对防控甲壳类水产品中氨基脲污染提供了方法建议, 应加强兽药监督管理, 科学精确检测SEM, 控制非呋喃西林源SEM污染, 同时加强SEM产生机制研究, 以期对甲壳类水产品中呋喃西林使用情况作出客观监控。

      Semicarbazide (SEM) is used as a metabolic marker to indicate the use of the antibiotic furacillin. It can also be observed in non-furacillin sources. This paper reviewed the toxicity, production and detection methods of SEM in aquatic crustaceans and their products, and provided methodological suggestions for the prevention and control of semicarbazide in crustacean aquatic products. Supervision and management of veterinary drugs should be strengthened, and SEM should be scientifically and accurately detected. SEM contamination of non-furanoxilin source was controlled and SEM generation mechanism was studied, in order to objectively monitor the use of furacicillin in crustacean aquatic products.
