二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid, DHA)微藻油含有大量多不饱和脂肪酸, 其中DHA含量丰富, 这是其受到关注的重要原因之一。随着微藻培养技术逐渐成熟, 对DHA微藻油营养价值的探究逐步深入。大量研究表明, DHA微藻油在调节机体生理健康方面具有多种功能作用, 如促进大脑发育、减轻炎症反应、免疫调节功能、预防心血管疾病和抗氧化作用等。本文综述了DHA微藻油的特性, 阐述了其在临床营养方面的生物学功能及其作用机制, 提出了DHA微藻油开发技术发展方向及功能性研究趋势, 为食品、医药领域更广泛地利用DHA微藻油的生物价值提供理论依据。 |

Docosahexaenoic acid-microalgae oil contains high amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids, in which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is rich. This is one of the significant reasons why DHA-microalgae oil has been paid close attention. As the microalgae culture technology has matured by degrees, the exploration of the nutritional value of DHA-microalgae oil has been gradually deepened. Numerous researches have demonstrated that DHA-microalgae oil has multiple functions in adjusting the organic health, such as promoting brain development, reducing inflammatory responses, immunoregulatory functions, preventing cardiovascular diseases and antioxidation. This article reviewed the characteristics of DHA-microalgae oil, elaborated its biological activities in clinical nutrition and functionary mechanism, proposed the technical development direction and functional research trends of DHA-microalgae oil, and provided a theoretical basis for more extensive utilization of biological value of DHA-microalgae oil in the food and pharmaceutical fields. |
