      目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS)测定纸质食品接触材料印刷UV油墨中18种光引发剂含量的分析方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取, 离心净化后, 经ZORBAX Eclipse Plus-C18RRHD色谱柱分离, 采用0.1%甲酸水(A)和0.1%甲酸-乙腈(B)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 采用多离子检测模式对光引发剂的定量离子和定性离子进行监测。结果 18种光引发剂在3~37.5 ng/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数大于0.99, 在10、45和75 ng/g添加水平的回收率为90.1%~109%, 相对标准偏差为0.4%~9.6%(n=6), 定量限为0.1~10 mg/kg。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 适合测定食品接触材料印刷UV油墨中18种光引发剂的残留量含量。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of 18 photoinitiatiors in paper-made food packing materials with printing UV-ink by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by centrifugation, separated with ZORBAX Eclipse plus-C18RRHD column by gradient elution using 0.1% formic acid water (A) and 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile (B) as mobile phases. The quantitative and qualitative ions of photoinitiator were monitored by multi-ion detection. Results Totally 18 kinds of photoinitiators had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 337.5 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficients were more greater than 0.99. The recoveries at the addition levels of 10, 45, and 75 ng/g were 90.1%109%, the relative standard deviations were 0.4%9.6% (n=6), and the limit of quantification was 0.110 mg/kg. Conclusion The proposed method is fast, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for detecting the 18 photoiniators in paper-made food packing materials.
