      全氟/多氟烷基化合物(per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances, PFASs)是食品接触材料中的风险物质, 由它所引起的食品安全问题, 是国际国内社会关注的焦点。因此研究广泛存在的PFASs给社会群体带来的问题, 提高社会各界的意识, 引导对PFASs替代品的思考,具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了食品接触材料中PFASs的应用及膳食暴露, PFASs对人体健康的危害, 总结了国际各主要贸易体的监管措施, 简单梳理了PFASs替代品的研究进展, 对各利益相关方提出了要求和建议, 并展望了研发绿色的非氟PFASs替代品的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are dangerous substances in food contact materials, and the food safety issues caused by them are the focus of international and domestic society. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems that widespread PFASs bring to social groups, improve the awareness of all sectors of society, and guide the thinking of alternatives to PFASs. This paper analyzed the application and dietary exposure of PFASs in food contact materials, the hazards of PFASs to human health, summarized the regulatory measures of major international trading bodies, briefly summarized the research progress of PFASs substitutes, and proposed suggestions and recommendations to various stakeholders, and prospected for the development of green non-fluorine PFASs alternatives.
