目的 建立进口大豆及进口大豆掺假鉴别方法。方法 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定进口大豆、国产大豆和掺假大豆的脂肪酸组成, 利用主成分分析、系统聚类分析对进口大豆和国产大豆样品进行了聚类分析, 随机森林方法建立了进口大豆与国产大豆、掺伪大豆与国产大豆间的判别模型。结果 进口大豆与国产大豆油酸、亚麻酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸等脂肪酸相对含量存在极显著差异(P<0.01); 主成分分析和系统聚类分析结果显示利用脂肪酸组成可实现进口和国产大豆正确聚类; 随机森林交互检验预测正确率均为100%, 模型可有效区分进口大豆与国产大豆、掺假大豆与国产大豆间。结论 大豆脂肪酸组成结合主成分分析、随机森林等化学计量学方法, 建立的判别模型可有效鉴别进口大豆及其掺假, 为保护我国大豆产业和保障消费者合法权益提供了重要的技术支撑。 |

Objective To establish an identification method of imported soybeans and adulterated soybeans. Methods Fatty acid compositions of imported soybeans, domestic soybeans and adulterated soybeans were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to cluster the imported and domestic soybeans. The discrimination models between imported soybeans and domestic soybeans, adulterated soybeans and domestic soybeans were built by random forest respectively. Results The significantly differences of relative contents of fatty acids such as oleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid and palmitic acid existed between imported and domestic soybeans(P<0.01). The results of principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis indicated that imported soybeans and domestic soybeans could be correctly clustered into two parts by using fatty acid composition. Moreover, the prediction accuracies of RF models were 100%, suggesting that the RF models could effectively distinguish imported soybean sand adulterated soybeans from domestic soybeans. Conclusion The discriminant models built by fatty acid composition and chemometric methods can effectively identify the imported soybean and its adulteration, which provides an important technical supports for protecting the soybean industry and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. |
