      目的 建立实时荧光PCR检法测定婴幼儿辅助食品中过敏原鱼类成分。方法 通过改进的前处理方法, 采用实时荧光PCR法, 对45个样品进行检测, 分别进行特异性、检出限以及适用性试验。结果 用于特异性试验的18个样品中, 只有鱼类出现特异性扩增; 通过7个不同质量配比的鱼肉样品得出检出限低于0.01%; 对市售20批样品进行检测, 检测结果与样品标识相符。结论 该方法快速、灵敏、准确, 适用于婴幼儿辅助食品中过敏原鱼成分的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of allergen fish components in supplementary foods for infants and young children by real-time fluorescent PCR. Methods Through the improved pre-processing method, 45 samples were tested by real-time fluorescent PCR, and specificity, detection limit and applicability tests were performed. Results Totally of 18 samples used for the specificity test, only fish showed specific amplification, the detection limit was found to be less than 0.01% from 7 fish samples with different mass ratios, 20 batches of commercially available samples were tested, the results were consistent with the sample identification. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the detection of fish allergen in infant auxiliary food.
