随着经济的发展, 社会的进步, 人们生活水平日益提高, 人们对食品安全的关注度越来越高, 食品检验工作是确保食品安全的关键一环。食品检验工作的质量是整体检验工作的关键所在, 检验质量不达标准, 出具的检验报告不准确, 会造成不合格的食品流入市场, 严重危害公众的生命安全及生活质量。加强食品检验实验室质量管理就对食品安全有着非常重要的意义。本文就食品检验实验室质量管理工作中, 如何有效地进行质量控制和持续改进, 提升实验室管理水平, 增强实验室检测技术能力, 从人员、设备、设施和环境、样品管理、检验方法、质量监督、测量溯源等方面进行了研究和讨论, 以更好促进食品检验工作的开展, 满足客户和社会不断增长的需求, 为食品监管执法提供强有力技术支撑和执法证据。 |

With the development of economy, the progress of society and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to food safety. The quality of food inspection is the key to the whole inspection work, the inspection quality is the key to the overall inspection work. If the inspection quality is not up to standard, the inspection report issued is not accurate, it will cause unqualified food flow into the market and seriously endanger the public's life safety and quality of life. Strengthening the quality control of food inspection laboratory is of great significance to food safety. In this paper, how to effectively control and continuously improve the quality management of food inspection laboratory, improve the level of laboratory management, enhance the technical ability of laboratory testing, is studied and discussed the personnel, equipment, facilities and environment, sample management, inspection methods, quality supervision, measurement traceability and so on, in order to better promote the development of food inspection to meet the growing needs of customers and society, and provide strong technical support and law enforcement evidence for food supervision and law enforcement. |
