目的 采用高效液相色谱(high-performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)非靶向检测方法, 结合多元统计分析, 研究该方法在鉴别真假干邑白兰地方面的应用。方法 选用具有市场代表性的31批次轩尼诗XO干邑白兰地作为样品, 经过高效液相色谱非靶向检测得到未知的组分数据, 提取10种组分, 使用SPSS 22.0软件, 进行主成分分析(principal component analysis, PCA)和判别分析, 并使用判别函数识别6批次未知样品。结果 经过主成分分析得到2个主成分, 主成分1(PCA1)贡献率为80.536%, 主成分2(PCA2)贡献率为11.101%, 2大主成分累积贡献率达到91.637%, 能够较全面反应样品特征。并且主成分分析(PCA)图显示能够明显区分真假样品。依据判别分析识别6批次未知样品, 所有未知样品被正确识别。结论 利用液相非靶向检测方法结合多元统计分析, 能够区分轩尼诗XO干邑白兰地真假样品, 可以为干邑白兰地的提供一种真假鉴别手段。 |

Objective To study the application of High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) non-targeted detection method combined with multivariate statistical analysis, which were used to identify genuine and fake Cognac brandy. Methods Thirty-one batches of Hennessy XO cognacas with representative market were selected as samples, its unknown component data were obtained by HPLC . Ten components were extracted, principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis were analysed by SPSS 22.0 software. And used the discriminant function to identify 6 batches of unknown samples. Results Two principal components were obtained through principal component analysis, the contribution rate of PCA1 and PCA2 was 80.536% and 11.101%, respectively. The cumulative contribution rate of this two principal components reached 91.637%, which could fully reflect the characteristics of samples. And the PCA diagram showed that the genuine and fake samples could be clearly distinguished. Six batches of unknown samples were identified by discriminant analysis, and all unknown samples were correctly identified. Conclusion The use of HPLC nontargeted detection method combined with principle component analysis and discriminant analysis, can correctly distinguish the genuine and fake samples of Hennessy XO Cognac, and can provide a way for the identification of Cognac adulteration. |
