      食品安全领域的社会共治应该重视行业协会的功能发挥。本文以日本生活协同组合参与食品安全治理模式为研究对象, 回顾其实施的历史背景和法律框架, 归纳分析了其对食品供应链全方位监管、食品检验与比较试验、开展消费教育与消费指导等一系列在食品安全治理方面做出的有效措施。针对现阶段我国食品安全行业协会参与社会共治面临的困境, 为我国食品安全社会共治提供有参考借鉴意义的对策建议。
英文摘要:
      Social co-governance in the field of food safety should pay attention to the function of industry association. This paper took the Japanese consumer co-op combination to participate in the food safety governance model as a research object, looked back at the historical background and legal framework of its implementation, and summarized a series of effective measures in food safety governance, such as comprehensive supervision of the food supply chain, food testing and comparative testing, and consumption guidance. In view of the predicament of China’s food safety industry associations participating in the co-governance at the present stage, it provided suggestions for the reference of the food safety society.
