      目的 对猴头菇菌丝体多糖热水提取工艺条件进行优化。方法 选取影响多糖得率的3个因素: 固液比、提取时间和提取温度, 在单因素实验的基础上结合L9(34)正交实验, 对热水提取法提取猴头菇菌丝体多糖的工艺进行了优化。结果 当固液比1:20(m:V, g/mL)、提取时间1.0 h、提取温度70 ℃, 猴头菇菌丝体的多糖得率最高, 达(1.76±0.01)%。结论 本方法操作简单、快捷、稳定, 为猴头菇菌丝体多糖的加工利用和相关研究提供了参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the hot water extraction technology for polysaccharides from mycelium of Hericium erinaceus. Methods Three factors including solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature were selected to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Hericium erinaceus mycelium by hot water extraction via L9(34) orthogonal test based on single factor experiments. Results The yield of polysaccharides from Hericium erinaceus mycelium reached the highest (1.76±0.01)% under the following conditions: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20 (m:V, g/mL), the extraction time was 1.0 h, and the extraction temperature was 70 ℃. Conclusion The optimized method is simple, rapid and stable, which provides a reference for the processing and utilization of Hericium erinaceus mycelium polysaccharides and related research.
