      目的 建立气相色谱法快速测定保康茶叶中8种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。方法 样品用正己烷超声提取, 经浓硫酸磺化反应对其净化除杂, 后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器分离检测, 外标法定量。 结果 本方法对8种有机氯农药的检出限(limit of detection, LOD)为0.29~0.47 ng/mL, 线性相关性良好, r2在0.9991~0.9999之间, 方法加标回收率在82.7%~110.0%之间, 方法相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)在1.11%~4.45%之间。结论 本方法简单快捷, 准确度和精密度高, 抗干扰能力强, 适用于茶叶中有机氯农药残留的定量检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Baokang tea samples by gas chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted by n-hexane ultrasonic, purified by concentrated sulfuric acid reaction, separated and detected by gas chromatography-electron capture detector, and then quantified by external standard method. Results The limit of detection (LOD) of this method for 8 organochlorine pesticides was 0.29?0.47 ng/mL, with good linear correlation, and the recovery rates were 82.7%?110.0%, and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.11%?3.88%. Conclusion This method is simple and fast, with high accuracy and precision and strong anti-interference ability, and it is suitable for the quantitative detection of organochlorine pesticide residues in tea.
