目的 利用质量控制图对食用植物油中苯并(α)芘的测定过程进行控制。方法 采用液相色谱法(荧光检测器)测定食用油质控样中苯并(α)芘的含量, 并将测定数据绘制成质量控制图。结果 控制图 图的上警告限为0.105 μg/kg, 上行动限为0.136 μg/kg; 图的警告限为21.727~29.199 μg/kg, 行动限为19.859~31.067 μg/kg。 结论 利用质量控制图有助于及时发现检测过程中的异常因素, 有效控制检测结果质量, 保证检测数据的准确、可靠。 |

Objective Quality control chart was used to monitor the process of determination of benzo(α)pyrene in edible vegetable oil. Methods The content of benzo(α)pyrene in the quality control sample of edible oil was determined by liquid chromatography (fluorescence detector), and the measured data was plotted as a quality control chart. Results The upper warning limit and the upper action limit of the control chart ( chart) were 0.105 μg/kg and 0.136 μg/kg, respectively. The warning limit of the control chart ( chart) was 21.727~29.199 μg/kg, and the action limit was 19.859~31.067 μg/kg. Conclusion The use of quality control chart can help to detect abnormal factors in the testing process in time, control the quality of the test results effectively, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data. |
