目的 考察不同厂家试剂配制的碱性酒石酸铜溶液对还原糖测定的影响, 确保还原糖检测的准确性。方法 用不同厂家(各3个)的亚铁氰化钾、酒石酸钾钠、氢氧化钠、硫酸铜、亚甲基蓝, 配制成酒石酸铜甲液、酒石酸铜乙液, 考察其对检测结果的影响, 分析检测结果是否满足t检验的要求。再选取不满足t检验要求的试剂, 用多个厂家的该试剂进行对比, 考察其准确度是否满足要求。结果 酒石酸钾钠是唯一一个对检测影响较大的试剂, 6个厂家的酒石酸钾钠只有一个厂家满足准确度要求。结论 由于不同厂家的酒石酸钾钠对还原糖的检测结果有较大的影响, 而且不是所有厂家的准确度都能够满足要求, 因此在使用前, 要对酒石酸钾钠进行验收, 确保所用试剂的检测结果满足准确度要求, 从而保证还原糖检测的准确度。 |

Objective To ensure the accuracy of the determination of reducing sugar by investigating the effect of alkaline copper tartrate solution on the determination of reducing sugar. Methods Using potassium ferricyanide, sodium potassium tartrate, sodium hydroxide, copper sulfate and methylene blue from different manufacturers (three each), to prepare cupric tartrate solution A and cupric tartrate solution B to investigate their influence on the test results and analyze whether the test results meet the requirements of t test. Then reagents that did not meet the requirements of t test were selected, and the reagents from multiple manufacturers were compared to check whether their accuracy meets the requirements. Results It was concluded that potassium sodium tartrate was the only reagent that has great influence on the detection. Only one of the six manufacturers of potassium and sodium tartrate met the accuracy requirement. Conclusion Potassium sodium tartrate from different factories has a great influence on the test results of reducing sugar. Moreover, not all manufacturers can meet the requirements of accuracy, so before use, potassium and sodium tartrate should be checked and accepted to ensure that the detection results of the reagent used meet the requirements of accuracy, so as to ensure the accuracy of reducing sugar detection. |
