目的 设计基于多块MICA-PCA(modified independent component analysis-principal component analysis, 改进独立成分分析-主元分析)的烟草生产全过程质量追溯系统。方法 构建并分析烟草生产全过程质量追溯系统结构模型, 提取并调度质量追溯过程中源数据的信息, 采用多块MICA-PCA方法融合调度信息, 实现烟草生产全过程质量追溯源系统设计。结果 采用该系统进行烟草生产全过程质量追溯的定位能力较好, 数据的传输效率高, 烟草生产全过程质量追溯性能较强。结论 本研究所设计的质量追溯源系统提高了烟草生产全过程质量追溯的实时性和准确性。 |

Objective To design a quality traceability system for the whole process of tobacco production based on multi-block MICA-PCA (modified independent component analysis-principal component analysis) principal component feature detection. Methods The structure model of quality traceability system in the whole process of tobacco production was constructed and analyzed, and the information of source data in the process of quality traceability was extracted and dispatched. The system design of quality traceability source in the whole process of tobacco production was realized by using multi-block MICA-PCA method to fuse the dispatching information. Results The positioning ability of the system for the whole process of tobacco production quality traceability was better, the data transmission efficiency was higher, the quality traceability performance of the whole process of tobacco production was stronger. Conclusion This quality traceability source system can improve the real-time and accuracy of quality traceability in the whole process of tobacco production. |
