      目的 建立AS/ABS 产品中乙腈、丙烯腈和丙腈等3种腈类化合物迁移量模型和风险评估模型的分析方法。方法 考察AS/ABS阳性产品在不同模拟物、不同时间和不同温度(20、40、70 ℃)条件下3种腈类化合物迁移量规律研究。结果 随着温度的升高和时间的延长, 腈类化合物的迁移量上升速率越快; 温度在20~70 ℃时, 水中丙烯腈和丙腈Ap范围值为7.9~14.1; 丙烯腈和丙腈化合物动力学参数活化能Ea分别为133.86 KJ/moL和134.07 KJ/moL。结论 AS中腈类化合物迁移到食品模拟物中的暴露量处于低风险水平, 建立AS产品中腈类化合物迁移模型和致癌风险评估评估数学模型。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish the analytical methods of mobility model and risk assessment model of acetonitrile, acrylonitrile and acrylonitrile in AS/ABS products. Methods The migration of three nitrile compounds of AS/ABS positive products under different simulated conditions, different time and different temperatures (20、40、70 ℃) was studied. Results With the increase of temperature and time, the migration rate of nitrile compounds increased faster. When the temperature was between 20 and 70 ℃, the range of acrylonitrile and propionitrile in water was 7.9 to 14.1; the activation energy Ea of acrylonitrile and propionitrile compounds was 133.86 KJ/moL and 134.07 KJ/moL, respectively. Conclusion The exposure of nitrile compounds in AS to food simulants is at a low risk level, establishing a nitrile migration model and a mathematical model for carcinogenic risk assessment in AS products.
