      目的 考察地椒在大鼠体内是否具有明显的母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸性, 对其安全性进行毒理学评价。方法 孕鼠随机分为阴性对照组、地椒高剂量组5 g/kg、中剂量组2.5 g/kg、低剂量组1.25 g/kg和阳性对照组(0.3 g/kg阿司匹林), 通过在雌性SD大鼠怀孕后第6~15 d经口给予受试药物, 于妊娠第20 d处死母鼠, 观察记录母鼠体重、子宫连胎重、胎鼠体重、体长等各项生理指标, 并进行胎鼠的外观、内脏、骨骼检查。结果 与阴性对照组比较, 地椒5、2.5及1.25 g/kg各组对SD孕鼠母体各项指标影响无明显差异(P>0.05), 对胎鼠各项观察指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 在本实验条件下, 中药地椒对SD大鼠无母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸毒性。

      Objective To investigate whether the ground pepper has significant maternal toxicity, embryotoxicity and teratogenicity in rats, evaluate its safety by toxicology. Methods Pregnant rats were randomly divided into a negative control group, a high-dose group of 5 g/kg, a medium dose group of 2.5 g/kg, a low dose group of 1.25 g/kg, and a positive control group (0.3 g/kg of aspirin). The female rats were orally administered 6–15 d after pregnancy, and the rats were sacrificed on the 20th day of pregnancy. The weights of the female rats and the uterus with the fetal rats, and the body length, weight of the fetal rats and many other various physiological indicators were observed. Then the examination about exterior, viscera, and bone of the fetal rats was also needed. Results Compared with the negative control group, there was no significant difference in the effects of 5 g/kg, 2.5 g/kg and 1.25 g/kg on maternal indexes in SD pregnant rats (P>0.05), and no significant difference in the obvervational indexes in fetal rats (P>0.05). Conclusion Thymus quinquecostatus Celak extract has no obvious maternal toxicity, embryotoxicity and teratogenicity in female rats.
