目的 建立了一种实时直接分析离子源(direct analysis in real time, DART)结合四极杆/静电轨道离子阱高分辨质谱法(Q-Exactive Orbitrap)快速筛查南美白对虾中磺胺类药物的方法。方法 样品经过提取净化后, 在离子化温度450 ℃, 栅极电压350 V, 样品传输速度0.2 mm/s的DART离子源正离子模式条件下进样, Orbitrap高分辨质谱在-全扫描/数据依赖二级扫描模式下进行定性检测。结果 该方法检出限为0.5~ 2.7 μg/kg, 满足筛查要求。结论 该方法分析速度快, 定性准确, 无需色谱分离过程, 环境友好。 |

Objective To establish a method for screening of sulfonamides in penaeusvannamei by a direct analysis in real time coupled to orbitrap mass spectrometry. Methods After extraction and purification, the samples were injected under the conditions of ionization temperature of 450 ℃, the grid electrode voltage of 350 V and the sampling rate of 0.2 mm/s using DART in the positive ion mode. The samples were analyzed using DART-Orbitrap MS in full scan mode. Results The limits of detection were in the range of 0.5?2.7 μg/kg, and it can satisfy the screening requirements. Conclusion The DART-Orbitrap MS method have advantages of fast analysis speed, accurate qualitative analysis, no need of chromatographic separation and environmentally friendly. |
