      目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定果醋饮品中的7种有机酸(柠檬酸、苹果酸、乳酸、酒石酸、富马酸、丁二酸及乙酸)含量。方法 样品经稀释后过0.45 μm水相滤膜, 采用Welch Ultimate AQ-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)分离, 以0.1%磷酸和甲醇(97: 3, V:V)为流动相进行等度洗脱, 柱温为40 ℃, 流速为0.5 mL/min, 在波长210 nm处进行检测, 外标法定量。结果 7种有机酸在12 min内完全分离, 相关系数均在0.997以上, 检出限为0.12~0.4 mg/L, 加标回收率为95.4%~101.5%, 相对标准偏差为1.19%~3.59%。结论 该方法适用于果醋饮品中7种有机酸含量的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 organic acids (citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid and acetic acid) in fruit vinegar drinks by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The sample was diluted and filtered through a 0.45 μm aqueous phase membrane, then separated with Welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min by gradient elution using 0.1% phosphoric acid and methanol (97:3, V:V) as the mobile phase. The temperature of the column was miantained at 40 ℃. The sample was detected at the wavelength of 210 nm, and quantitatively analyzed by external standard method. Results The 7 organic acids were completely separated within 12 min, and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.997. The limits of detection were 0.12?0.4 mg/L, the standard recoveries were 95.4%?101.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.19%?3.59%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of 7 organic acids in fruit vinegar drinks.
