      微量元素在体内虽然含量甚微, 却是机体正常生长发育所必需的营养物质。微量元素通过形成结合蛋白、酶或激素共同协调维持运动员机体的健康水平与竞技状态, 在提高运动水平、消除运动疲劳、增强机体免疫力等方面具有积极意义。本文介绍了铁、锌、铜与硒的生理功能及其对运动员身体健康的影响, 以期为研究微量元素与运动员身体健康的关系提供理论支持, 为微量元素在运动营养强化食品中的应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Although there exist very little in the body, the trace elements are essential nutrients for the normal growth and development of the body. By forming binding protein, enzyme or hormone, trace elements can jointly maintain the health level and competitive state of athletes. Trace elements have positive significance in improving the level of exercise, eliminating exercise fatigue and enhancing the immunity of the body. This paper described the physiological functions of iron, zinc, copper and selenium and their effects on athletes' physical health. In order to provide theoretical support for studying the relationship between trace elements and the physical health of athletes, and to provide a reference for the application of trace elements in sports nutrition-fortified foods.
