      目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法检测茶叶中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的方法。方法 样品采用乙腈振荡超声提取, HLB固相萃取柱净化, 液相色谱串联质谱检测, 外标法定量。结果 方法的线性范围为0.50~ 20.00 ng/mL, 相关系数r2大于0.999; 检出限为 0.05 μg/kg, 定量限为0.17 μg/kg。在不同基质中, 氯虫苯甲酰胺在0.20、0.40、2.00 μg/kg添加水平下的平均回收率为79.25%~88.42%, 相对偏差为1.50%~7.10%。结论 该方法具有快速简便、灵敏度高、准确性强等特点, 适用于茶叶中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorantraniliprole residues in tea by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonic oscillating acetonitrile, purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range of the method was 0.50? 20 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficient r2 was greater than 0.999. The limit of detection was 0.05 μg/kg, limit of quantitative was 0.17 μg/kg. The average recovery of chloranobenzamide at 0.20, 0.40 and 2.00 μg/kg was 79.25%?88.42%, with a relative deviation of 1.50%?7.10%. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the determination of chloranobenzamide residue in tea.
