      目的 采用固相萃取-高效毛细管电泳法, 测定食品和饮料中9种禁用磺酸类偶氮色素。方法 采用固相萃取-高效毛细管电泳法, 测定食品和饮料中9种禁用磺酸类偶氮色素(间胺黄、酸性嫩黄G、二甲基黄、酸性橙Ⅰ、酸性橙Ⅱ、酸性品红6B、丽春红2R、丽春红3R、丽春红SX)。并进行条件优化, 建立9种禁用色素的高效检测方法。结果 平均回收率为81.2%~110.0%, RSD在1.04%~4.95%范围内。结论 本研究建立的方法能快速、准确、简便测定食品中9中违禁色素。

      Objective To determine 9 sulfonated azo dyes in foods and beverages by solid phase extraction-high performance capillary electrophoresis. Methods Solid phase extraction (spe) and high performance capillary electrophoresis (hpce) were used to determine 9 banned sulfonic azo pigments in food and beverage (Metanil Yellow, Acid YellowⅡ, Yellow 2G, OrangeⅠ, Acid Orange Ⅱ, Acid Violet 7, Ponceau 2R, Ponceau 3R, Ponceau SX, Yellow 2G). Conditions were optimized to establish 9 efficient detection methods for banned pigments. Results The average recovery was 81.2%-110.0%, and the RSD was in the range of 1.04%-4.95%. Conclusion The method can be used for the rapid, accurate and simple determination of 9 prohibited pigments in food.
