      目的 评价γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-polyglutamic acid, γ-PGA)的安全性。方法 试验包括急性毒性试验和30 d喂养试验, 通过判定小鼠和大鼠的中毒表现、死亡情况和指标测定, 评价γ-PGA的安全性。结果 小鼠经口LD50>15 g/BW(kg), 没有出现明显的中毒症状, 行为正常、粪便颜色正常、各器官组织完好、7 d内动物无死亡。雌性大鼠10 g/kg和15 g/kg组日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 试验组雄性大鼠的日增重显著低于对照组, 料肉比显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。雌性大鼠15 g/kg组肝脏和肾脏重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01), 5 g/kg 和 10 g/kg组肾脏的相对重量显著高于对照组(P<0.01), 雄性大鼠10 g/kg和15 g/kg组肝脏重量、15 g/kg组肾脏和睾丸重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01), 试验组睾丸相对重量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 虽然 5 g/kg?BW γ-PGA会降低大鼠的日增重和饲料转化率, 但对其他指标无不良影响, 综上, γ-PGA属于无毒级。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the safety of γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA). Methods The tests included acute toxicity test and 30 days feeding study. Safety of γ-PGA was evaluated by determining the performance of poisoning, death and indicators in mice and rats. Results The mouse oral LD50 of γ-PGA was more than 15 g/BW(kg) and there were no obvious poisoning symptoms, behavior of animals was normal, and feces were normal in color, and organs and tissues were intact, and no animals died within 7 d. The daily gain of female rats in 10 g/kg and 15 g/kg groups and male rats in all the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05) and the feed-meat ratio of male rats in all the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The weight of liver and kidney of female rats in 15 g/kg group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01) and the relative kidney weight in 5 g/kg and 10 g/kg groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). The weight of liver in the 10 g/kg and 15 g/kg groups and kidney and testis in 15 g/kg group of male rats were significantly lower than those in the control group and relative weight of testis in all test groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Although 5 g/kg?BW γ-PGA reduces the daily weight gain and feed conversion rate in rats, it has no adverse effects on other indicators. In summary, γ-PGA is a non-toxic grade.
