      目的 对实验室稻谷水分、脂肪酸值检测人员检测过程与比对结果进行分析评价, 加强实验室质量控制工作。方法 按照GB/T 20569-2006《稻谷储存品质判定规则》及相关规定要求进行检测, 对2名参试检测人员的检测结果进行分析, 评价其质量控制。结果 参试检测人员的测定结果均在允许范围内, 比对结果满意。结论 人员比对试验能较好的判定检验人员的能力, 对于新老员工数据差异性分析过程中, 有效分析引入误差, 提高检测结果的准确性有积极的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze and evaluate the detection process and comparison results of rice moisture and fatty acid by persons in the lab, and strengthen the laboratory quality control work. Methods According to GB/T 20569-2006 Determination of rice storage quality and related regulations, the test results of 2 testers were analyzed to evaluate their quality control. Results The testing results of the examiners were all within the permitted range and the comparison results were satisfactory. Conclusion The personnel comparison test can judge the ability of the inspectors. For the analysis of the data difference between the fresh and senior employees, it is effective to introduce the error analysis for the improvement of the accuracy of the test results.
