      目的 建立一种高效液相色谱-光化学柱后衍生法测定紫苏籽中黄曲霉毒素B1的检测方法。方法 样品经乙腈-水溶液(84:16, V:V)提取, 用免疫亲和柱净化后, 经光化学衍生器衍生, 在高效液相色谱仪荧光检测器上检测。结果 该方法对黄曲霉毒素B1的最低检测限为0.05 μg/kg, 定量限为0.20 μg/kg, 相关系数为0.9990, 加标回收率为86.0%~93.5%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.94%。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 适合测定紫苏籽中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量。

      Objective To establish a method of determination the aflatoxin B1 in Perilla frutescens seeds by high performance liquid chromatography-photochemical post-column derivatization. Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile-water solution (84:16, V:V) and purified by immunoaffinity column, and then derivated by photochemical derivative. The samples were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. Results The detection limit of the aflatoxin B1 was 0.05 μg/kg, and the quantitative limit was 0.20 μg/kg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990, the recovery rate was 86.0%-93.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.94%. Conclusion The proposed method is fast, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for detecting aflatoxin B1 in the Perilla frutescens seeds.
