      随着我国水产品的生产量、消费量以及出口量的增长, 鲜活水产品的质量安全问题也随之增加, 因此相应的监测工作愈发重要。广西水产品资源丰富, 出口量大, 但目前的水产品质量安全监测研究较少针对整个广西区鲜活水产品的系统监测及深入透彻地分析和评估。本文重点阐述了我国近几年鲜活水产品质量安全监测状况、监测项目靶向性研究现状以及污染物膳食暴露与健康风险评估研究现状, 并总结了目前广西区鲜活水产品质量安全风险监测与评估存在的问题, 同时展望了今后的研究方向。

      With the increase of the production, consumption and export of aquatic products in China, the problems on the quality and safety of fresh aquatic products also increases, so the corresponding monitoring work becomes more and more important. Guangxi is rich in aquatic product resources and has a large export volume. However, the current aquatic product quality and safety monitoring research is rarely systematically monitored and thoroughly analyzed and evaluated for fresh aquatic products throughout Guangxi. This paper focused on the status of quality and safety monitoring of fresh aquatic products in China in recent years, the status of targeted research on monitoring projects, and the status of research on dietary exposure and health risk assessment of pollutants, and summarized the existing problems of current quality and safety risk monitoring and assessment of fresh aquatic products in Guangxi, and looked forward to future research directions.
