      食品安全关系人民群众生命安全与社会的长治久安, 保障食品安全是民生工程、民心工程, 更是一项重大而艰巨的政治任务。进入新时代, 人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要对食品安全提出新的要求。食品安全检测技术对我国的食品安全意义重大, 但传统大型的、检测时间长的食品检测已不能满足当前需求, 这使得时间短、成本低的检测技术成为中国食品检测未来的发展趋势。快速检测技术将检验过程简单化、快速化, 检测仪器上手容易、操作简单, 近年来, 随着多学科的交叉融合, 食品安全快速检测技术得到了迅速的发展。本文综述了快速检测技术在食品安全领域的主要应用, 列举了当前食品安全快速检测技术研究热点, 并展望了其未来发展的方向。
英文摘要:
      Food safety is related to the life safety of the consumer and the stability of society. Ensuring food safety is not only the a livelihood project, popular project, but also an important and arduous political task. With the increasingly better life needs in a new era, new challenges and new requirements for food safety will continue to emerge. Food safety testing technology is of great significance to food safety in China. However, the traditional large-scale and long-time food testing can no longer meet the current needs, which makes the detection technology with short time and low cost become the development trend of China's food testing in the future. The rapid detection technology simplifies and accelerates the inspection process, makes the testing instrument easy to use and operate without going through complex processing before the detection. In recent years, with the cross-integration of multidisciplinary, the rapid detection of food safety has been rapidly developed. This paper reviewed the main applications of rapid detection technology in the field of food safety, enumerated the current research hotspots of food safety rapid detection technology, and looked forward to its future development direction.
