      目的 建立混合果酱中展青霉素含量测定的液相色谱串联质谱方法。方法 样品用乙腈提取, MAX固相萃取柱净化, 用液相色谱串联质谱进行检测。结果 展青霉素在0.5~100.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数大于0.999, 回收率为95.2%~105.8%, 相对标准偏差为3.14%~4.98%, 检出限为0.1 μg/kg, 定量限为0.3 μg/kg。结论 该方法准确、可靠, 快速、灵敏度高, 可为混合果酱的质量控制提供检测依据, 同时满足我国GB 2761-2011对水果制品中展青霉素残留量的检测要求。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of patulin in mixed jam by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with MAX solid phase extraction column and detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Results Patulin had good linear relationships in the range of 0.5~100.0 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The recoveries were in the range of 95.2%~105.8%, with the relative standard deviation were 3.14%~4.98%, the limit of detection was 0.1 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation was 0.3 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, rapid and sensitive, which provides the basis for the quality control of mixed jam, at the same time, it meets the requirements of GB 2761-2011 for the detection of residual penicillin in fruit products.
