      目的 研究决明子储藏的适宜条件, 保证决明子的储藏稳定性。方法 以山东产地决明子为原料, 通过分析储藏期间决明子水分、多糖及黄曲霉毒素的含量变化, 考查了储藏环境的温度及湿度对决明子品质的影响。结果 干燥的决明子储藏过程主要需要控制环境温度在10~25 ℃, 环境湿度在30%~70%。在该温度与湿度范围内储藏, 决明子的品质稳定, 未见黄曲霉的生长和毒素的产生。结论 在室温和中等湿度条件下, 决明子易于储藏且品质稳定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the suitable storage conditions of cassia seed to ensure its storage stability. Methods Taking cassia seed from Shandong province as raw material, the effects of temperature and humidity on the quality of cassia seed were investigated by analyzing the changes of water content, polysaccharide and aflatoxin in cassia seed during storage. Results The storage process of dried cassia seed mainly needed to control the ambient temperature in the range of 10?25 ℃ and the ambient humidity in the range of 30%?70%. Under the storage conditions of this temperature and humidity, the quality of cassia seed was stable, and there was no growth of Aspergillus flavus and toxin production. Conclusion Under the conditions of room temperature and medium humidity, cassia seeds are easy to store and stable in quality.
