      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定米面及制品中过氧化苯甲酰的含量。方法 样品中的过氧化苯甲酰经纯水超声提取, 静置后加入20 g/L FeSO4溶液与5%乙酸溶液, 振荡混匀后超声提取10 min, 上清液过 0.22 μm水相微孔滤膜。经Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱分离, 以20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液和甲醇为流动相, 于紫外检测器波长230 nm处检测, 外标法定量。结果 过氧化苯甲酰在0~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.999, 方法检出限为0.40 mg/kg。加标回收率为87.5%~94.5%, 相对标准偏差为4.2%~6.4%。结论 该方法检测结果准确、稳定, 适用于米面及制品中过氧化苯甲酰的准确测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in rice, flour and their products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The benzoyl peroxide in the samples was extracted by pure water ultrasonic method. After static treatment, 20 g/L FeSO4 solution and 5% acetic acid solution were added. After oscillating and mixing, ultrasonic extraction was performed for 10 min, and the supernatant was filtered through 0.22 μm aqueous microporous membrane. The samples were separated with an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column using 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution and methanol as mobile phase. The signal was detected with ultraviolet detector in 230 nm and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear relation of benzoyl peroxide was good within the range of 0?100 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999, and the detection limit was 0.40 mg/kg. The recoveries were 87.5%?94.5% and the relative standard deviations were 4.2%?6.4%. Conclusion The method is accurate and stable, which is suitable for the accurate determination of benzoyl peroxide in rice, flour and their products.
