      目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱法测定白酒中甜蜜素和糖精钠的含量。方法 将白酒样品用超纯水直接稀释50倍, 经0.22 μm滤膜过滤后上机进行分析, 采用Hypersil GOLD? C18色谱柱分离, 以5 mmol乙酸铵和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱, 流速为0.2 mL/min, 柱温为35 ℃, 外标法定量。结果 甜蜜素和糖精钠在10~500 μg/L范围内具有良好线性关系。样品中添加不同浓度的甜味剂时, 甜蜜素的平均回收率为91.1%~98.3%, 相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.1%; 糖精钠的平均回收率在90.2%~97.6%, 相对标准偏差为2.1%~4.3%。结论 该方法适用于白酒中甜蜜素和糖精钠含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium in liquor by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The liquor sample was directly diluted 50 times with ultrapure water, filtered through a 0.22 μm filter, and separated with a Hypersil GOLD? C18 column at the flow rate of 0.2 mL/min by gradient elution using 5 mmol ammonium acetate and methanol as mobile phase. The column temperature was 35 °C, and the contents were quantitatively analyzed by external standard method. Results Sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 10?500 μg/L. The average recovery rates of sodium cyclamate were 91.1%?98.3% with relative standard deviations of 1.9%?4.1%. The average recovery rates of saccharin sodium were 90.2%?97.6% with relative standard deviations of 2.1%?4.3%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium in liquor.
