      近年来, 食品接触材料中有害物质迁移导致的食品安全问题已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。食品接触材料中有害物质具有种类多、来源广、成分复杂、未知性强等特点, 选择合适的样品前处理方法结合快速、灵敏、准确以及多组分同时检测的分析检测方法是食品接触材料安全评价的关键。本文简要介绍了食品接触材料中有害物质的危害性, 食品接触材料种类以及食品接触材料中非有意添加物的来源, 重点评述了食品接触材料的样品前处理方法和分析检测方法, 并对食品接触材料分析检测存在的问题及未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
英文摘要:
      Recently, food safety issues caused by the migration of hazardous substances from food contact materials have drawn great attentions from all walks of life. The hazardous substances in food contact materials are characterized by various kinds, wide sources, complex components and strong unpredictability. Therefore, the key to the safety evaluation of food contact materials is to select appropriate sample pretreatment methods and combine them with fast, sensitive, accurate and multi-component simultaneous detection. This paper briefly introduced the perniciousness of hazardous substances in food contact materials, categories of food contact materials and sources of non-intentional added substances, with emphasis on sample pretreatment methods of food contact materials and detection methods of hazardous substances in food contact materials. Finally, it analyzed the problems of analysis methods for hazardous substances in food contact materials and summarized the development tendency of composition analysis of food contact materials.
