      五氯酚是一种剧毒有机氯农药, 其钠盐经酸化可转化为五氯酚。五氯酚曾被广泛运用于杀虫、除草、抗菌、防腐等方面, 由于其性质稳定、难以降解, 环境残留与污染严重, 通过食物链的生物蓄积作用, 进入人体并对人体造成毒副作用。本文综述了五氯酚及其钠盐测定的样品前处理技术和常用分析检测技术, 样品前处理技术包括液-液萃取法、超声波萃取法、微波萃取法、固相萃取法、QuEChERS法、液相微萃取法、固相微萃取法、离子液体法、分子印迹法等, 常用分析检测技术包括分光光度法、表面增强拉曼光谱法、电化学分析法、免疫分析法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法、气相色谱-串联质谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法等, 并对食品中五氯酚及其钠盐残留测定技术的研究和应用前景进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Pentachlorophenol is a highly toxic organochlorine pesticide, and its sodium pentachlorophenate can be converted to pentachlorophenol by acidification. Pentachlorophenol has been widely used in insecticidal, weeding, antibacterial, antisepsis and other aspects. Due to its stable nature and difficult degradation, environmental residues and pollution are serious. Through the biological accumulation of the food chain, pentachlorophenol enters the human body and causes toxic and side effects on the human body. This paper reviewed the sample pretreatment techniques and analytical techniques for the determination of pentachlorophenol and sodium pentachlorophenate. Sample pretreatment techniques included liquid-liquid extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, solid phase extraction, QuEChERS, liquid-phase microextraction, solid-phase microextraction, ionic liquid extration, and molecular imprinting technique. The analytical technologies included spectrophotometry, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, electrochemical analysis, immunoassay, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Finally, this paper prospected the research and application prospects of the determination of pentachlorophenol and sodium pentachlorophenate residues in food.
