目的 建立基于Au纳米团簇荧光猝灭特性检测酪氨酸酶(tyrosinase, TYR)活性的方法。方法 以谷胱甘肽为模板合成Au纳米团簇(Au nanoclusters AuNCs), 通过荧光猝灭检测TYR活性。结果 酪氨酸酶活力范围在11.55~69.30 U/mL时, 荧光猝灭减半时间(quenching time of half fluorescence intensity, QTHFI)与酪氨酸酶活力线性相关, r2为0.98, 检出限为1.28 U/mL. 结论 利用Au纳米团簇荧光特性检测酪氨酸酶活力的新方法可行。 |

Objective To establish a method of detection of tyrosinase (TYR) activity was researched. Methods AuNCs was synthesized using glutathione (GSH) as the template, and TYR activity was detected by fluorescence quenching. Results There is a good linear relation between the quenching time of half fluorescence intensity (QTHFI) and tyrosinase activity ranging in 11.55?69.30 U/mL, r2 reached 0.98, the detection limit is 1.28 U/mL. Conclusion The method for detecting tyrosinase activity by the fluorescence characteristics of Au nanoclusters is feasible. |
